New Look for the Newsletter

You might be wondering - why the new look?

Unfortunately, Twitter shut down Revue, my previous go-to newsletter builder.

I was a big fan of the app, including how it seamlessly, unsurprisingly, integrated with Twitter.

Subsequently, we’re now on SubStack - a very popular alternative and the one I almost started using several months ago.

The content scope will remain the same, so please enjoy and feel free to provide feedback on the new look and app.

Productivity

As recently discussed in previous newsletters, the focus has been reducing the time spent on daily tasks that clutter my day.

This approach has reduced my working day for repetitive tasks from 5 to 6 hours to 2 hours in the morning, leaving more time to think and develop strategies for the future, as well as releasing time to network and help others with social media and content marketing products and services.

Software Applications and Extensions

This month I thought I'd look at a Gmail Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Add-on that you can start using for free.

I’ve been using this Add-on for so long that I can’t remember a time without it.

Streak has produced a CRM extension for Gmail and other Google apps.

The app is built inside Gmail and turns your inbox into a CRM where you can manage your entire business development workflow, including sales, customer support, hiring, deal flow, projects, and more.

Streak makes collaboration easy by automatically sharing emails, notes, and call logs so one team member can pick up where another left off.

In addition to core CRM features, all plans include a powerful set of email tools, including email tracking, email templates, mail merge, and email sharing.

Price starts for free and moves through several plans to an enterprise solution at $129 per monthly user.
